I believe worship is a lifestyle we live. Service is part of worship. Isn't prayer part of worship?

Now in the church at Antioch there were prophets and teachers, Barnabas, Simeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Mana-en a member of the court of Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, "Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them."Then after fasting and praying they laid their hands on them and sent them off. - Acts 13:1-3
Here is how this would have to read with the "lifestyle" definition of worship: "While they were living their lifestyle..."

Worship has only one definition in the New Testament. John 4:24. "God is [a] spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." I take special note of the word must in that verse. The preceding verse in John 4:21 establishes that soon worship will no longer be in a physical location. "...an hour is coming when neither in this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father." And then designates "true worshipers" in Verse 23 "when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth." True worshipers -- as opposed to false worshipers -- will spiritually prostrate themselves before God perpetually in "Spirit and truth". No physical act on earth can be considered "in spirit and truth."(?)
Things to consider. Assembly time is never once called worship in the NT. The Lord's supper is never called worship in the NT. Singing is never called worship in the NT. Romans 12:1 does not have the Greek word for worship (προσκυνεο) in any Greek manuscript, but rather λατρειαν (service). The same would go for Hebrews 9:1,6,9. All these verses use λατρειαν (service), but not προσκυνεο (worship). In Hebrews 11:21 προσκυνεο appears in reference to Moses in the OT. John 4 does have the Greek word for worship: προσκυνεο and not λατρειαν.
- where translation has often swapped worship for service:
Acts 7:42; 24:14; Romans 1:25; Philippians 3:3; Hebrews 10:2.
