Key Nutritional Principles

  • food within moderation: Avoid overeating; embracing practice of consuming only as to supply need. [Proverbs 25:6,16,27].
  • plant-based norms: Early biblical diet focuses on fruits, grains and plants [Genesis 1:29].
  • variety in crushed or rolled grains; sprouted grains [Ezekiel 4:9].
  • moderated avoidance of "unclean" foods: Animal souces known to be with high toxin levels, such as pork and shellfish meats.
  • avoid overt fat or blood intake: Leviticus 7:23-27 directs against eating the fat of livestock; avoiding these helps the human body to better manage cholesterol, hormonal and immune-function.

Physical and Mental Wellness

  • Rest and Sabbath: Observing at least one day of rest being crucial for physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Enter fully [7 days & nights a week; Hebrews 4:8-11] into the Sabbath rest given in Christ, by faith ceasing to build upon your own estate, your livelyhood or any kingdom of this world.
  • Exercise and Activity: The Bible encourages physical activity, as in 1 Timothy 4:8, which notes that physical training has a little value.
  • Emotional Health: Cultivating a cheerful heart is deemed "good medicine" (Proverbs 17:22) and managing emotions like envy is important to avoid poor reactions to stress.
  • Avoid pharma and mind-altering substances: Abstaining from substances that harm the body and cloud the mind.

Lifestyle and Spiritual Health

  • Hygiene: Guidelines regarding washing and sanitation for not contracting or spreading common diseases [Leviticus 15].
  • Gratitude and Faith: Spending time in prayer and trusting God reduces stress and enhances well-being.

Love and Fondness within the Love of Christ

The etymology behind prostitution [πορνεια] more broadly extends to include acts that are vain or vile; thereto exposing oneself in "just do it" or "simon says" performance of fruitless actions, with or without incentive of reward.

The etymology behind adultery [μοιχος] more broadly extends to rising-away by desire to be alongside someone.

To know in-essence the Love of Christ which transcends knowledge that you may be being filled, concurrent to all the fullness of God.

As our Maker's precepts inform us: presenting yourself or another as a puppet; interest in so-called mannequin virtue or πορν/"porn" [seeing others perform to our gratification] makes ill the soul.

HEALTH TO enjoy seeing yourself & others being all YHVH loves for them to be and do. Expose yourself and others to Him.

HEALTH TO loving one another, rather than kindling or preferring a desire to lay hold of someone.
