ekklesia assembles together in the court(s) of the King of Kings, convening on earth the administrations which come from above through the Sanctioner ["Lord"; by His name to us, Hoshea, Yesous, Yahshua, "Jesus, the Christ"... many Wonderful names…] the Anointed One, et al., over all, to His highest esteem/glory.
His ekklesia being entirely of His life and by His construction, serving only at His resolve.


JURISDICTION  The King of Kings supplying Administrative Process
Evaluation in Truth and remedy ["judgment"] endures among His ekklesia by His dominion [alt: jurisdiction] over all things, extending onto βιωτικα [lifestyle-exertive matters], holding in keep the Source-foundation of νομος [distributed-rule; traditional: "commandments"]. As Paul of Tarsus has written concerning:
Which of you would launch-out [as to get right to the goal] in practice forward-to a differing, to remedy/judge to reach upon [what be] of-the inequitable, as forth-rising determined; not prevailing attendedly of the awe-full [holy ones; saints].(?) Do you not perceive how-that the awe-full [holy ones; saints], to the world-system, shall be bringing remedies as forth-rising determined; pursuant as alongside of need, remedying. The extant world-system unworthy to be remediators/judges of the least of tribunals. Do you not perceive as forth-rising determined, messengers ["angels"] we shall be judging.(?) PROCESS  The King of Kings convenes a "Defendant's Court"
Differing from adversarial proceedings, ekklesia administrative process rests within inquiry to the whole of all things in realm of the Actual. Consequently, disposition and evidence are being evaluated within Truth (rather than upon presumed necessities or factual merits). Proceedings may run concurrent with evaluation and/or resolution. Rather than issuing an advisory or "opinion of the court", ekklesia holds in view to present just resolution; wholeness in peace; assumes the burden of the defendant(s) as to bringing mercy alongside justice on earth as it is in heaven.

Quite without the Court's abetting, prosecution presents at the whim of the Accuser, the Adversary of old [aka: "God of this world", Belial, Satan, et al.] Nevertheless, the court remains inclined to find for mercy within justice, such-as to find for dismissal of prosecutorial charges and motions to disrupt; the court in surety keen to address/dismiss inequity, worthlessness ["wickedness"], discord, apathy ["rebellion"], harms, vacancy, ineffectiveness, …


SIMPLE RESOLUTION  The King of Kings offering us Simplicity of Resolution
To economy, procedure in simple resolution archived as from Matthew's account:
|1|  If-ever on-to you, the-extant brother of-you miss/sin, intend leading-underway and-with to confute [infer:bring-to-light; expose] same --- singular/alone betwixt you and him; this if-ever becomes-of-you by-way-of-hearing as an outturn/gain to your brother.
|2|  Yet-of, if-ever not by-way-of-hearing, intend-to get-close-alongside with you still to arising than-with two [others], so-that "by mouth, two men of-witnesses, or three, this-full-portion utterance stands-upright."

Universal, this simplicity of resolution (where fully executed within love) effects and reflects to adjustment on earth and within the heavenly realm.

To the unworthy fruit of counterfeiting and schism in the world, visitors and dignitaries alike may come among you bearing expectations which in Christ become as contrary or frivolous.
brothers, as here/presently we call-close-alongside/entreat y'all-arising: y'all intent-to admonishing to the unset/tactic-less [uncertain-of-place]; a placed-close-alongside-tale [consolation/comfort] coinciding to the meager-souled; become placed-otherwise-holding of the vigorless; far-passion [infer:patience] forward to all these;
I Thessalonians 5:14
Rather than to building organizational forms, ekklesia is continually being built by Christ; consequently building-up one another. Presumption or expectations sourced in traditional-institutional religious practice (as from church or parachurch organizations) may arrive tacitly, overtly or affront; may surface by way of questions such as,

  Who are your leaders?
  Do you have a worship service/team?
  Do you have a doctrinal statement?
  How do we become a member?
  What do you do with the children?

Various transitional group meetings and cell groups also lending to the fog and difficulty to confirm, as where an institutional structure may attempt to overlap. Additionally, rebellion to counterfeit is producing various expressions (i.e., social or "for-cause" groups) fabricated in "Bible" or religious formwork.

Structural support develops (or becomes latent) where a systematic process or political consideration is requisite. Love with virtue suggesting that private or jointly-held expectations receive early apologetic, actively discerning for any function or purpose necessitating a structural (organizational, systematic, political…) framework.

…and to other examples for acts in simplicity, to contrast with organized effort (arrangement in system-structure and/or fictitious entity --- legal or practical). This shared, simple consideration in love, that we all present with open honesty; that confusion may not be fostered; that we might avoid fraud and misrepresentation. Lack for early, clear, direct, face-to-face definition/demarcation can indirectly play upon the wishful thinking of men.
